Its content is the mixture of a broad survey and some fine detail about the indispensable qualities of leadership and the proven methodologies of change. By relying on the works of traditional and non-traditional change management experts, students will be exposed to the processes and the personal qualities that build up people and help organizations flourish.

At the conclusion of this course, students will be able to
• Identify cultural factors that impact the view of work and self.
• Explain change management.
• Understand proven methodologies for leadership and change management.
• Apply this knowledge to the organizations they lead, manage, or work for.
• Reflect on how their faith plays a role in leading, helping, and serving others through the most difficult times.

The instructor will provide PDFs for two (2) of the books. The other three (3) can be found on Amazon. Students will write five 1–2-page, double-spaced papers, due at the end of each of the five lessons.
