Course Description
This course is designed around G. Lloyd Rediger’s Clergy Killers: Guidance for Pastors and Congregations under Attack. It explores how the Christian tradition understands the history, systems, and traditions that inform church culture and the preservation of the pastoral office. Students will develop a strategy for congregational health by integrating contextual awareness and humility when engaging with conflict.
